What is the one thing that can improve your customer interaction, improve your employee work ethic, and is cost effective? Give up? The answer is easily name badges. Slap on a name badge and now you’re memorable, and the little rectangle with your name ends up telling your customers a little something about you.
As long as you can read you would be able to acknowledge everyone by name. With everyone wearing a name badge the world would become a more personal space. When an employee has a name badge, they have a greater sense of being apart of the company, as appose to being just another worker. Sometimes a name badge can carry more meaning to it and give the wearer a sense of accomplishment.

If we were to all wear name badges I know that the world would only become a better place. .
